Through the Missouri Housing Development Commision’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Developments are located inWaynesville, Marshfield, Richmond and Washington, Missouri. H&H Development Company’s goal is to help Missourians bridge the gap between low incomes and quality housing.

Sam F. Hamra received his Business Degree from the University of Missouri in 1954 and his law degree in 1959; served as an officer in the United States Army Second Armored Cavalry Regiment. Sam is a Springfield Attorney and serves as Chairman and CEO of Hamra Enterprises, which consist of 64 restaurants, namely Wendy’s of Missouri, Inc. (23 restaurants), Chicago Bread, LLC (27 Panera Bread Bakery Café’s), Boston Bread,LLC (14 Panera Bread Bakery Café’); SJH Inns, LP (Holiday Inn Express in Lewisville, Texas); and the Jade Properties, LLC (real estate properties). His companies employ over 2600 employees and have annual revenue in excess of $120 Million. He has served on several bank boards and presently is on the Board of Directors of Cox Health; St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and Harry S. Truman Library Institute. He is the recipient of many awards including Missouri University’s Distinguished Service Award and being elected to the Missouri Academy of Squires.
