Historically, Hamilton Contracting and its affiliate companies have development multifamily housing in five Midwestern states. The hallmark of Hamilton Contracting’s success has been its early specialization in rural multifamily housing development. This focus has been expanded in recent years to housing in urban and suburban areas, including new construction of both moderate and substantial rehabilitation of existing housing.

Hamilton Contracting has developed over one thousand five hundred dwelling units in scores of separate housing developments. In each case, Hamilton Contracting’s affiliates have served as developer-designing, packing coordinating, funding construction, and managing the development.

Accurate construction cost projections and scheduling of work are essential to the economic viability of a real estate investment, whether it is new construction, rehabilitation, or even existing property, which often has construction related needs. Hamilton Contracting commands this expertise through having completed more than 100 projects in five states. Through it construction projects Hamilton Contracting has realized the effectiveness of its construction methods and management techniques, its size, and its decisiveness. Its construction savvy is valuable to project supervision, scheduling and budgeting.

At Hamilton Contracting, we’ve been building upon the high standards set by Kenneth Hamilton and continued by his sons Ryan and Douglas since 1968.

We specialize in apartment development of conventional and affordable tax credit properties, both in the urban and rural areas. We have worked with many government agencies to provide affordable housing. Some of the government agencies we worked with include: United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Texas Department of Housing, Missouri Housing, and Kansas Housing. We have constructed apartments in four states, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri. Our high standards have also been utilized by HUD in the rehabilitation of several apartment communities
in Texas. We have also constructed post offices for the Federal Government in Texas and Arkansas.
