This limited liability company history includes developments of subdivisions, ownership in multifamily apartments and management in conventional/government regulated apartment housing. Our developments use an experienced in-house construction team where we are able to monitor quality control, coordinate all job interaction, and incorporative value engineering and careful oversight of each job budget.
